A white wine with a refined and delicately fruity character, produced with the Chardonnay grape. The vines are cultivated at an altitude between 380 and 420 meters above sea level, on clay-limestone lands, rich in marl and alberese. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine matures 3 months in steel and completes refining with 3 months in bottle before being put on the market. It has a bright and brilliant straw yellow color. The bouquet expresses aromas of white flowers, chamomile, aromas of yellow pulp fruit and citrus fruits. The taste is refined and delicate, with a juicy mouth and a harmonious freshness finish.
