The sale of alcohol to minors under 18 is prohibited. If the customer does not have the necessary legal requirements to proceed with the purchase of spirits, wines and spirits, L'Arcobaleno del Vino Sagl has theright to cancel the order received. Furthermore, responsible consumption is highly recommended. The offers are to be considered valid for the products on the site and which actually have availability in ourwarehouses. The descriptions or availability of the products displayed may be subject to change without notice. Prices are in Swiss francs and we reserve the right to change prices at any time. For any type of complaint, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery at your address. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone. Your goods are prepared with extreme care during the packing phases, therefore, in case of breakage or tampering with the package (s), please immediately make a complaint to the courier and refuse the collection of the goods. Also please contact us immediately to assist you in the best possible way. There is no general right of withdrawal in favor of the buyer. Arcobaleno del Vino will have the right to grant any cancellation of the order itself. In the event that the total or partial delivery is impossible, we will inform the customer and refund the latter the price of the non-evadable product already paid. The customer should review the status of the purchased product (s) as soon as possible. In the event that the customer finds a defect related to the goods, it is necessary to notify this event within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the purchased products are considered accepted. The customer must return the defective goods within a maximum of 5 working days from the delivery date. In the event that the return of the goods is admissible (and in compliance with the above), the risk and costs of return are charged to the customer. The return of goods is not accepted in case of evident damage and / or absence of the original packaging. If the return complies with everything stated above, L'Arconaleno del Vino has the right to refund the value purchased by the customer by providing gift and / or promotional codes and reserves the right to waive compensation for any additional costs, such as for instance, non-refundable transport costs. In order to offer the best possible service to our customers, we would like to evaluate the reason for the return with you.

All legal relationships between us and the customer are subject to the Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction in the event of a dispute is Mendrisio.
