Our tasting
Faithful to its Costières de Nîmes denomination, Le Pigeonnier is a wine that presents itself in an intense ruby red color. Its scent is fruity and, among the aromas, especially that of red berries and pâte de fruit stand out. To the taste, it maintains a good freshness and reveals all its aromas at the end of the mouth. A balanced wine in all its characteristics.
Our combinations
It is a wine that, for obvious reasons, goes very well with red meat. If we have to think about a particular course, we can't help but consider the classic pork ribs.
The cellar
Located in the center of the so-called Triangle d'Or (Arles, Avignon and Nimes), the Grand Vins Pazac vineyard offers high quality wines, capable of respecting nature and the territory. The products of this winery stand out for their intense nature and the uniqueness of their fruity aroma.
